Jose "Pepe" Yz is Chilean-American lifelong painter and illustrator. His works are inspired by an identity forged with Spanish culture & mythology, lived experience, and reflections of social and cultural events. Pepe has been featured internationally in several art exhibitions and galleries throughout the years, and has worked in the Chilean ministry of culture supervising art rehabilitation workshops with local inmates.
